Constructed with durable 11 gauge (1/8") Tread plate decking, our platform ensures sturdy performance for your hauling needs. Illuminated by LED lights, all fixtures are securely rubber-mounted and meet NTEA and Federal compliance standards. Featuring external stake pockets with rub rails, our design prioritizes convenience and safety. Coated with DuPont™ Imron® Elite black oven-cured paint and epoxy primer, our decks offer long-lasting protection against wear and tear. Equipped with a Hoist Kit/Conversion and a removable Headboard Wing, our platforms are versatile and adaptable. The floor and understructure are reinforced with 4" x 5.7# Channel long sills and 3" channel cross members for box deletion, while 6" x 8.2# Channel long sills and 3" channel cross members accommodate cab chassis models. Additionally, our bulkhead features a welded 14-gauge cab protector with a slotted window and rubber-mounted LED lighting, with provisions for bolt-on side extensions for rack sides, providing comprehensive solutions for your hauling requirements.
