Designed for cutaway applications and are available for both Single Rear Wheel (SRW) and Dual Rear Wheel (DRW) chassis. SRW body styles are available in 10’ & 12’ lengths and DRW body styles are available in 10’, 12’, 14’, 15’, 16’ and 17’ lengths. There are three models of body heights to choose from with inside heights of 72”, 78” and 84”.
DuraBox Cargo Van is available as either aluminum sheet and post (up to 26’) or FRP (up to 24’). The aluminum design features .040” pre-painted aluminum sheet with galvanized “Z” posts on 16” centers, 2” spacing on seams, and 4” on ribs. Fiberglass Reinforced Plywood (FRP) sidewalls are also available that provide a smooth, clean exterior look that’s great for graphics.
The DuraBox Cargo Van come standard with a 10” aluminum diamond plate radius to protect the front edge from damage and heavy-duty extruded aluminum corners. Rear posts are manufactured with 4” x 5” heavy duty steel that is specifically designed to accommodate tailgate and liftgate installation.

Every aspect of the DuraCube Max Cargo Van was designed for heavy duty contractor use and convenience. To start, the door handles were designed by the fire/rescue service to withstand abuse… as well as a gloved hand. The heavy duty door hinges are mounted with stainless steel fasteners and have Zerk grease fittings. The double wall doors have dual contact seals to prevent leakage and heavy duty chains so doors can be dropped halfway down to create a work surface, or all the way to have easy access to the cabinet.
The entire body was lowered to make it easy to access both the contents of the cabinets, as well as the rear. Inside there is a spacious 49” wide body-length floorspace, wide enough to haul sheetrock and plywood. There are also optional heavy duty body-length shelving on height adjustable unistrut tracks for storage.
Choose from a DuraCube Max Cargo Van for cutaway applications or a DuraBox Max for cab/chassis applications.

The Galion 100U body is designed for superior service on 9900 -19500 GVWR cab/chassis'. The 100U features all 10 gauge high tensile steel floors, tailgate, head sheets and sides. Front corner posts, two intermediate side braces, full depth rear corner posts and boxed "material shedding" top rails are also standard.
The DuraMag® Service Body is designed for continuous hard work with full length, heavy duty, long sills. What separates this body from the competition is the understructure; the difference is stunning. The general body construction is fully welded—never riveted or screwed together. Our proprietary door extrusions, coupled with compression latches and automotive bulb seals, produce the most watertight compartments available. The Z-Spec Dump Body is designed to be multi-functional, from the integrated 3/4 cab shield to the patented rear EZ-Latch system. - The Stellar Shuttle consists of four basic parts: base, dump, secondary and tilt sections:
- Base: All Stellar Hooklift hoists are tied together in one common framework. This base section, or subframe, not only adds strength to the hoist but also places less stress concentration on the truck chassis by providing additional structural support. The base section also provides for simple installation on most truck chassis.
- Dump: This component pivots at the rear of the hoist and when the tilt engages the patented dump latch tabs, allowing for the container dumping function. The rear-body latches are attached to this component on all models, allowing the body to remain in the latches while in transit and dumping.
- Secondary: The secondary section acts as the main pivoting member for loading and offloading bodies. This component ties the tilt and dump sections together into one cohesive unit.
- Tilt and Dump Latch: This unique patented feature is the basis of the Stellar Hooklift system. With a simple mechanical engagement between the tilt section and the dump section, the pivot point is changed from the secondary section (loading/offloading) to the rear of the truck (dumping). Resettable tabs protect the system from out-of-sequence operation.
- Tilt Cylinder: The tilt cylinder operates the tilt section of the Stellar Hooklift and features a pilot-operated counterbalance valve on both extend and retract sides. With Stellar’s unique twin-post design, line-of-sight visibility of the hook is available from the truck cab.
